The development of services next to airports creates a multifunctional infrastructure that adds value to our airport services.
OMA offers land for lease outside the aeronautical zones of several airports. The Monterrey and Tampico airports currently provide facilities including commercial spaces, offices, and service/gas stations:
- Strip mall in the Monterrey Airport
- Strategically located between Terminals A and C, this mixed-use facility offers ground level retail space and second floor office space, with leases from 30 m² and up.
- Service stations
- The airports have land available for lease, strategically located on high-traffic roads travelled by passengers and other airport users every day. Currently, gas stations have been developed at OMA’s airport in Monterrey.
