Through the Portal, OMA offers Users access to various services and content (hereinafter, the "Services"). These Services may be provided by OMA or by third-party service providers contracted by OMA. Access to and use of the Services will be free except in certain cases where a subscription and registration of the User is expressly required under the terms of section 3 of this instrument.

All content on the Portal, including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, texts and software, are the property of OMA and their rights are protected by the Ley de la Propiedad Industrial y su Reglamento, and by international treaties. OMA will cancel, without prior notice or any liability, any Email account when it considers, at its sole discretion, that such account transmits or is otherwise related to any unsolicited junk mail (spam) or bulk messages or sends emails that OMA deems obscene.

OMA has no obligation to monitor Email or the User's use thereof or to retain the contents of any User session. However, OMA reserves the right to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose at any time any information that may be necessary to comply with any law or regulation, legal process or applicable administrative request.
