Contractors and Suppliers
For OMA and its subsidiary companies, suppliers and/or contractors are part of the daily operation and the company's success. To streamline their registration procedures, we make available the requirements that must be met.
The minimum requirements to register as a supplier of OMA or any of its subsidiary companies for purchases under $1,000,000.00 Mexican pesos are:
- Single Form for Supplier Registration or Modification duly completed
- Letter from the supplier requesting to become a supplier for the company
- Copy of valid Official Identification of the legal representative
- Copy of the Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC) certificate
In the case in which the supplier and/or contractor is selected to participate in an OMA tender, it will be mandatory to register on the WISE electronic platform via a specific invitation by email sent by the Corporate Procurement area.
Additionally, suppliers and/or contractors that have been awarded a contract through a tender conducted by OMA or any of its subsidiary companies must comply with additional requirements as stipulated in the contract, including the issuance of bonds.
With the objective of facilitating the process of issuing bonds, OMA has developed a program for its suppliers and/or contractors called: "Programa de Afianzamiento General a Proveedores OMA."
If you already have an active file, it is only required to review the validity of your contract with Contracts Management to initiate the policy issuance process.
