Hotel NH Collection T2 Mexico

In partnership with NH Hoteles, the group's first hotel was developed, the Hotel NH Collection T2 Mexico, which began operations in 2009 at Mexico City International Airport. The hotel has 287 rooms and sets a new standard of convenience, comfort and service for hotels within airports in Mexico. The hotel offers passengers and users lodging services, a business center, gym, SPA, restaurant, lobby bar, laundry, car rental, currency exchange and event rooms.

Hotel Hilton Garden Inn TB Monterrey

Through a partnership with Santa Fe Grupo Hotelero, the Hotel Hilton Garden Inn TB Monterrey was developed, beginning operations in September 2015, located at Monterrey City International Airport. The hotel has 134 rooms and offers passengers and users restaurant-bar services, a business center, event rooms, meeting rooms and an executive floor.

OMA-VYNMSA Aeroindustrial Park is the first industrial park of OMA airports, located at Monterrey International Airport, in partnership with VYNMSA Desarrollo Inmobiliario. The park's location, its connection to Monterrey Airport and its flexibility make it the best industrial park in Monterrey and in the northeast of the country.

The Park's design allows offering a wide versatility of spaces both in Inventory Warehouses that we will aim to always keep available, as well as in "Build to Suit" projects from 5,000 to 50,000 square meters.

OMA has developed commercial spaces outside the Terminal Buildings in various airports, among which Monterrey and Tampico stand out, with the objective of promoting service stations, retail premises and offices:

Strip Mall Monterrey Airport

Strategically located between Terminal A and Terminal C of Monterrey Airport, this project is a mixed-use development, where the ground floor is allocated to retail premises and the upper floor to office rentals from 30 m², which are already delivered fully fitted.

Service Stations

The group's airports have areas available for lease, strategically located on non-aeronautical land, offering high exposure to user and passenger flow. We currently offer gas station services, convenience stores, among others.
