The Social Responsibility Program (RS) of OMA is divided in four lines of action:
Employees and Family
Actions directed to our employees and their families to enhance their development, promoting health care, ensure their safety and improve their educational level.
Actions directed to the communities where we operate, supporting education and community development programs.
Users and Business Partners
Actions directed to users and business partners to ensure safety and improve quality of service.
Actions directed to contribute to the improvement of the environment in all places where we have presence.

As of 2008, OMA has been recognized by the CEMEFI (Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía) and AliaRSE (Alianza por la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial), as a Socially Responsible Company.
OMA is part of companies adhering to the Global Compact, promoted by the United Nations organization. The Global Compact is an international alliance of companies and organizations that promote 10 social responsibility principles in four areas:
1. Human Rights.
2. Working conditions.
4. Transparency and fight against corruption.
