• Has served as our General Counsel since January 2004.
• Was a senior associate at Thatcher, Proffitt & Wood LLP, where he advised a variety of corporate clients with a particular focus on labor law.
• Professor of labor law and procedural labor law at the Instituto Tecnológico de México.
• Holds a law degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
• He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association, the Interamerican Bar Association and the Latin American Aeronautical Association.
