The Securities Market Law provides that the board of directos shall be assited by one or more committees in order ti carry out its responsabilities with reards to audit, corporate practices, and finance and planning.

OMA's annual shareholders meeting, held on April 24, 2009, approved the establishment of one committee with responsibilities in these areas.
